Today we discussed about the Character of the pope in order to know him more and and to learn more about him. Especially his humbleness, simplicity and piety. We also discussed the importance of pope in the church and his example. We watched some of the speeches that he gave in different moments. Later to that we designed a poster welcoming him to United States. we also had the presence of our friend Adiran who is the member of Idente Youth, in Spain, who took later with him the poster to Philadelphia in order to participate in the popes mass.
Thank you so much to all the participants and a special thanks to Adrian. And our next IY meeting will be on October 1st 2015. See you there....

We looked into the definition of respect, the concept of respect, and the specific ways in which we could show respect to the other people. Respect is honoring the worth or dignity in a person or process. We respect: Places like church, hospital, and library; Things like books, money; and People like parents, friends, teachers, elders. One of the ways of respecting others is by cultivating the habit of using words like “please” and “thank You” in our conversations. Here are some ways to treat others with respect:
“I must respect the opinion of others even if I disagree with them.” - Herbert H. Lehman “Man and his deed are two distinct things. Whereas a good deed should call forth approbation, and a wicked deed disapprobation, the doer of the deed, whether good or wicked always deserves respect or pity as the case may be.” – Mahatma Gandhi © 2015 Idente Youth U.S
