Idente Pilgrims

The Idente Pilgrims join the meaning of the pilgrimage to the inner journey that leads us to discover our true vocation as beloved children of our Heavenly Father. In this way, the pilgrimage takes on the meaning of walking together towards union with God, which allows us to better understand the meaning of the pilgrimage of life.
Requirements:
  • Age: 18 years or older.
  • To know and accept the number of daily walking hours and the schedule of activities in Santiago de Compostela.
  • To know that our pilgrimage is above all a spiritual one and therefore it includes religious activities.
  • Willingness to participate in all activities and tasks assigned, in accordance with the family-group atmosphere that has to be achieved.
  • To be physically and psychologically prepared to overcome the difficulties of the 7 hour daily walk, in a spirit of cooperation and care for the group.
  • To know that, each day, there are three meals: Hot breakfast and dinner and cold lunch (sometime between 3:00 and 5:00 pm) 
  • To have no medical impediment to perform this effort.
  • To provide a photocopy of the medical insurance card.
  • To provide a photocopy of a picture ID.
Price: 340€.
(The price covers the expenses from Astorga to Santiago de Compostela. 
It does not include transportation up to Astorga and from Santiago de Compostela.)
